Deluxe Queen Rooms

The Deluxe Queen Rooms are traditional guest rooms with one queen sized bed, custom designed furnishings and all the expected amenities. Deluxe Queen rooms are available in the Main Inn (275 sq ft) and the Pendleton Guest House (325 sq ft).
Premium King Rooms
$199.00 PER NIGHT PLUS TAX
The Premium guest rooms offer the guest's choice of Premium King with one king bed, or Premium Double with two full beds. Premium guest rooms have custom designed furnishings and some guest rooms have access to shared outdoor veranda. Premium King guest rooms available in the Laurens Guest House and the Pendleton Guest House. Premium Double guest rooms available in the Pendleton Guest House. (325 sq ft)
Deluxe & Premium Guest House Rooms
$199.00 PER NIGHT PLUS TAX
These Queen and King Rooms are spacious accommodations located in the Pendleton Guesthouse with custom designed furnishings, private bathroom, living room, and private balcony overlooking the Courtyard. (650 sq ft)
Premium Jacuzzi King Rooms
$225.00 PER NIGHT PLUS TAX
The Premium Jacuzzi guest rooms offer one king bed and whirlpool Jacuzzi tub. Premium Jacuzzi guest rooms have custom designed furnishings and some guest rooms have access to shared outdoor veranda. Premium Jacuzzi guest rooms available in the Main Inn and Pendleton Guest House. (325 sq ft)
Premium Suites & Courtyard Apartments
$225.00 PER NIGHT PLUS TAX
The Premium Queen and King Suites are spacious accommodations with custom designed furnishings, den, and veranda overlooking the Courtyard. Some suites offer additional bedding with a pullout sofa or Murphy bed option upon request. Suites with kitchens are also available upon request. Requests for suites with kitchens or additional bedding options are subject to availability. (650-800 sq ft)

The Pendleton Building is 3 stories & has an elevator for access to each floor.
The Main Inn & Guest House rooms are located on the 2nd floor & can only be accessed by stairs.
